Andrew J. Treuting

Andrew J. Treuting heads Title Stream’s Commercial Services Department, where he oversees commercial real estate transactions across Louisiana. With clients ranging from local businesses to national organizations, Andrew brings deep expertise in property law, contract drafting, business organization, and estate planning.

 

A Louisiana native, Andrew earned his B.A. in English Literature from LSU and his law degree from Loyola University in New Orleans. He’s a member of the Louisiana and American Bar Associations, as well as the Louisiana Land Title Association and the American Land Title Association. He’s also a licensed title insurance producer and an affiliate member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. As a certified real estate course instructor, Andrew enjoys helping real estate professionals advance their careers.

 

When he’s not working, Andrew loves spending time with his wife and their children. Growing up in a big Louisiana family, he developed a passion for cooking and considers himself an amateur chef. Whether in the kitchen or by the grill, Andrew’s family time often revolves around great food and good company at their home in New Orleans.
