J. Brint Marks

Brint Marks manages the Marigny office which includes Title Stream’s Tax Title Division and the Relocation Department. Brint focuses on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, specializing in properties from which ownership is derived through the Louisiana Tax Sale process. Prior to joining Title Stream, Brint worked as a litigator, in-house with CivicSource, as well as overseeing real estate transactions in the River Parishes.

Brint graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.A. in History and Political Science. He then went on to earn a J.D., D.C.L.  from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2015.  

Brint lives in New Orleans with his wife, Carrie, and his two boys, Leon & Teddy. When he’s not at the closing table, you’re likely to find him at a Saints or LSU game in the fall, or enjoying one of the many great festivals around New Orleans in the spring.
